PlanPlus 3.0 for Microsoft Outlook - Full Version Download (100MB)

OK, I know I don’t need this. I tend to intimidate my friends with how much I put on my plate each week - yet still find time to take my kids to the zoo or grab dinner with my hubby. But I am always looking for tools and tricks to make even my crazy schedule easier to manage - so I would LOVE to get this Franklin Covey software that integrates with Outlook.

I went to a Franklin Covey time management program once a very long time ago. I loved it! They have a great system and I still use some of the things I learned there to this day. They are great - I really highly recommend their program no matter how you implement it!

Mahogany Remote Control Holder by Richards Homewares

If our family is like yours, you probably have 2 or 3 remote controls for your living room alone, then 5+ others around the house for other TVs, lights, DVD players, etc. I can’t tell you how much time I spend every week looking for even one of these #$%& remote controls. It’s embarrassing. Why can’t they just always be put in the same spot?

Well, duh, probably because I don’t have a ’spot’ set aside for remote controls. But if I had this nifty little box, I would.

Next week I’ll be wanting a mind-control machine to force my kids to put the remote IN THE BOX… but that’s another want for another day…

To Receive Exciting Things August 14, 2006

When we bought our home, we bought a big fixer-upper. Lots of work. Lots of time. We love the house, but the previous owner left behind some really ugly things. Like a rusty, ugly mailbox with bad country bird artwork painted on the side. Really bad.

I want a beautiful mailbox, one that welcomes all of my mail in style. What I would really like is one that can’t receive bills… but until then, I’ll settle for just the beautiful part.

To Organize my Would-Be Office

Magnetic Containers with Stand - White by Lipper International

I’ve been working from home again full time for 3 and a half months. I do wonder if my office will ever be finished. My hubby is doing a fine job… really. He is. Just s..l…o…w….l…..y…..

So as I sit here in the middle of the front room with SpongeBob on in the background, I like to fantasize that my office is done, it’s organized, and I have nifty pretty little gadgets that make it look neat and organized and make me feel focused and relaxed.

Focused and relaxed….

Braedon Woven Bag in Brown

Sometimes I just want things because I l-o-v-e the way they make me feel when I look at them. Like this really expensive and totally georgeous bag from Kooba. Look at it! It’s beautiful!! Just the thought of putting together an outfit with this bag makes me feel warm all over.

And when the day comes that I can buy this purse and still have money to put IN the purse, I will be dancing a little jig, embarrasing the heck out of my kids.

To Clean up my Messy Yard August 12, 2006

One of my things to do on my Big List of Things Procrastinated is to get our woodpile organized in the yard. We have wood in three different places, and none of them are really piled up the way they should be, off of the ground and all neat-and-tidy-looking. And I don’t want to be piling all of this stuff up in the wintertime when it’s cold, cold, cold (Chicago is cold in the wintertime!!).

So to have a handy little cart like this would make my wood-piling-life-easier. Actually, it would make my hubby’s life easier, because I would probably make him do most of the work. ;)

Soul Of Healing Meditations CD

One of the things I MUST do to stay on top of my life, my commitments, my responsibilities and my sanity is to meditate. I enjoy it four times a week, no matter what. Usually I read a positive spiritual book or affirmations and then breathe for 10-15 minutes.

When I was working on eSelfHelp, I put together a virtual library of meditation recordings, wanted all of them, and never got around to ordering any of them. I want one. And this one is by Deepak Chopra - a real good guy. (I say that as if I actually know the guy!!)

To Make me the Podcast Queen August 9, 2006

Sound Forge Audio Studio 8

I have yet to deliver on my promise to create and make available my interview series on exceptional work at home and entreprenurial moms. One reason is that I’ve been rather busy creating some link love….

The other is that I really enjoy learning how to do new things - but I hate the time it takes to do so. Like with Sound Forge. But I do I want it bad because I want to be the podcast queen.

But for now, I’m just the podcaster wanna-be until I get the darn software. :)

A Camcorder Thingy

Panasonic Ultra-Compact Digital Palmcorder PV-GS300 MultiCam Camcorder - Mini-DV - 16:9 Widescreen - 2.7 Color LCD - 10x Optical/700x Digital

When I was little, my dad was always filming us. When I was REALLY little, he even filmed us with real film that didn’t record audio. But that didn’t stop my dad from filming me while I sang for the holiday show at school…

But now I don’t even own a Camcorder - or whatever they call them these days. God, that makes me sound so old!

So I want one: the Panasonic Ultra-Compact Digital Palmcorder PV-GS300 MultiCam Camcorder - Mini-DV - 16:9 Widescreen - 2.7 Color LCD - 10x Optical/700x Digital wachamacallit.

Why? So I can be a good mom, record the moving memories of my kids, and get rid of the guilt every time I go to one of their school events and snap pictures with my cell phone. :)
