MVPs for Friday September 15th

Small Business Ideas Forum

A friendly place to find help & encourage one another

Busy, busy week! I’m furiously writing content for my eBook, researching and launching my first autoresonder email series, AND launching my first PPC campaign this week! Yet lucky for you, dear readers, my research brings you a slew of Most Valuable Posts for the week of September 15th! :)

Rosalind Garder, my affiliate marketing guru, posts a super-helpful reminder of all of the pieces of the puzzle you should have in place before launching a PPC campaign. I have all of them except for one - and will have a second (more relevant) autoresponder email series to add by the end of next week thanks to her great advice.

Earlier this week, I had committed to my Mastermind Group that I would clean the garage floor. I put it off until 3:00am the night before my meeting. Why?? Because I hadn’t put the trash out in two weeks, and racoons had entered the garage when my son left his bike in the doorway leaving the door wide open. I don’t think I’ve ever taken on a grosser task [bleughahch!!!!!]. My favorite BlondeMom wrote a hilarious post I just found on Good [Enough] Housekeeping. I suddenly don’t feel like a schlep anymore :) (I thought I was the only one with laundry dunes! YES!!).

For all of you aspiring authors out there, Andy Wibbels is running another Shut Up and Write day. Sheer brilliance. I think I will start something similar here at eMoms geared towards work at home productivity. Thoughts anyone?

Jeff over at Living the Miracle wrote an absolutely stunning post called 9 Success Lessons from Flip That House. He has all of 18 posts on his blog. If he’s going to be cranking out content this good in his first month, he’s one to watch.

Yaro threw up such a great and relevant post since I put this up I HAD to add it!!

How to Use Email Autoresponders for Passive Affiliate Income. It’s CHOCK full of super-useful tips if you are new to using Autoresponders (like me) and Affiliate Marketing.

I am not even sure I should be writing here as I am a guy but I have learnt something from here and feel obligated to express my gratitude.

Hey there Insurance Guy! You are MORE than welcome to join the fun around here - there are quite a few male readers that stop by regularly!

And it’s great to hear you have learned a thing or two here - that’s my big mission so I’m always happy to know it’s working. :)
